I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct area, so forgive me if not.
I have a guillotine - equivalent to the Formax Cut-True 22S (http://www.formax.com/pdf/Cut-True%2...p%20Manual.pdf) - just badged differently.
I'm getting the error message "Cut 2000" but the solution in the manual is not working -
“Cut 2000” means the blade has reached its life cycle of 2000 cuts. Please put in a new blade.
Press the button on the right and turn the select switch to the middle position to reset the life cycle to zero"
I think it should reset without changing the blade? Pressing the button and turning the switch is not resolving the issue. Can anyone assist?
