How much do you buy your Kodak, Fuji and Agfa Thermal Plates in North America.

I would like to know how much do you buy your 0.3 and 0.15 mm per square meter Thermal Plates from Kodak, Fuji and Agfa. Please be specific on the Brand and the thickness.
