I'm trying to help out a prepress pal - he had a jam up with a Herk image setter. Cleared jam with no issues. Restarted and everything seemed fine but when film comes out, only 1 inch of the total image appears. No error codes, etc. He tried all the common sense stuff - reboot, clear any material, etc... Nothing works. Any suggestions?
