We just repurchased a Prinect MetaDimensions 5.1 rip and Quicksetter 400e imagesetter. RIP seems to process files fine and and wants to hand off to the imagesetter but nothing happens. I believe the ripped files may be going to the wrong folder or place to be sent to the imagesetter. Any help would be appreciated.
