UV ink on windmill

I researched for a long time and cannot seems to find an answer to this.

Can I use UV ink on a windmill, let's assume I have a conveyer belt that deliver printed paper thru a UV dryer.
And let's say it works, do I need special kind of UV ink and roller for this? how about clean up?
