Lotem 800 uv does not stop the drum

Hi everybdoy:

I need your technical point of view, my customer has a Lotem 800 UV, after the CTP expose the plate the systems does not apply the brake to stop the drum , it get the stop when the motor is not moving. Some advice that can help me to solve this problem? Thanks
