Experience with metadimension rip material settings

repurchased a metadimension 5.2 rip with an exxtrasetter 300 imager. jobs will rip but then i get an error message "JT merger (job ticket?) the material pm46 is invalid."

jobs will not release to imagesetter.

what are the correct settings for crystal plate material?
