Please help with SM52-4 problem

Hey, can anyone help with the following problem for Heidelberg SM52-4:
When on idle speed, the machine starts slow down and speed up by itself.
The machine doesn't show any errors.
Have changed encoder HDM 63.101.2211, but no result..

Have anyone faced the same problem before?
