I have been getting a 1 inch line in the exact same place on my xerox 242 fro front to end. I swapped out the drums and also cleaned the glass on the ROS units. Any idea what it could be? We do also get the line in all colours even black faintly. Could this be the fuser or IBT belt or the laser? In a file I attached that shows the line (although it is more pronounced in real life) we added magenta over the line a bit in photoshop which helped.
