Epson Inline Verification

I'm having a problem with my Epson 9900 with attached X-Rite SpectroProofer cutting the sheet after it scans and verifies it. I can manually go over and perform a cut operation on the proofer itself, but the proofing sequence used specifies that it's to cut the media.

This only happens when I've got a verifying color bar certification label turn on in the sequence.
