Error E01-2 Kodamatic 550i

Hello,
a friend of me have a big problem so i post this and have no knowledge about printing etc.
My english is bad but his is ugly ;)

After a lot of googling i know the names from the machines.

He have a

Heidelberg Quasar imagesetter.
it is connected with a cable (on the Port it says OLP) to
Glunz&Jensen MultiLine Online 550 Quasar


Last week they shut down the machines and next morning turn on again now it says E01-2.
There is nowhere jam but the machine says yes :)
If i remove the cable connected to the other machine (Quasar) the error is gone.

i have to find the right words to explain the problem, will edit this posting soon.
