Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications and Tolerances

I read couple of samples of this book Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications and Tolerances on internet and it looks very promising.
Does anyone have knowledge about FIRST? Anyone read/tried and anyone has the pdf version?
