Z6100 leaking ink after new cartridge

hi folks..

very sad thing.. my Z6100 printed perfectly.. i replaced an almost empty PK cartridge.. and startet a new print 40inches wide. after like 5 inches black ink started to drip on the paper around 5 inches to the left side.. for the whole print..

i realized that where the tubes move under the top cover everything was full of black ink!.. as if a tube was broken..

but why right after i replaced the cartdrige? any other idea what i can do?
