Creo Lotem 400 does not want to expose a plate

When posting a job, after a few minutes, the job is aborted and get this error:

Communication problem: The output device doesn't fetch/ndata. Please check the output device. Error 684.

No progress in the exposition, just does not do the job.

Any idea what is causing the problem?

There has been no previous problem, except that 19 of 24
Laser diodes are working but without any inconvenience.
